Steps to make a full backup of your Mac with Time Machine
Before we get started, make sure that you have a complete backup of your Mac, so you can restore it if anything goes wrong. Here is how you do it
Step one: First and foremost, you are supposed to connect an external hard disk or Time Capsule with a USB cable
Step two: Next up, click on the Apple icon in the Menu Bar and select System Preferences from the drop-down menu
Step three: Once you are in the System Preferences window, select Time Machine to proceed
Step four: Switch the “Time Machine” Slider to the ON position. After that, select your backup disk by clicking Select Backup Disk in the right-hand side. Once you are done, Time Machine will format the chosen hard disk for backups.

Step one: Open Safari on your Mac and head to here
Step two: Select the Developer tab, and then click the Downloads tab
Step three: Log in with your developer account
Step four: Once you are in, scroll down to the Download button for macOS 10.12.2 beta 1 and click on it to open up the App Store
Step five: Enter your developer account username and password and click Redeem to download the beta to your device
Step six: Once the download finishes, you will need to install the software by simply following the on-screen instructions. After that, your computer will reboot and then you can set up your device.
