Step one: First off, you need to tap and hold on the icon of the app you wish to delete until it starts shaking
Step two: Once you are done, you will see the “x” button that appears on the top-left of the app icon. All you have to do now is to tap on “x” button to remove the app from your iPhone home screen
Step three: You now need to tap on Remove in the pop-up menu to confirm
Note that when you delete a stock app from your iPhone home screen, it will also be removed from your Apple Watch and there are several apps that cannot be hidden or removed including App Store, Camera, Clock, Health, Messages, Phone, Photos, Safari, Settings, Wallet and Activity.
