Make sure that you have not mistakenly hidden them
There are times when you accidentally hide the purchases you are trying to download from iTunes on Mac. Here’s how to bring them back
Step one: First off, you need to launch iTunes on your Mac and head to iTunes Store to proceed
Step two: Once you are in, all you need to do now is to click on Account under Music Quick Links on the right side of the screen
Step three: Next up, you will be asked to sign in using your Apple ID and password. Once you are done, you will be taken to the Account information page. On the right side of the page, click on Manage
Step four: Once you are done, you will see the list of all your hidden purchases. All you have to do now is to click on Unhide button and click on My Music on top
Step five: You will see the song you just unhide along with iCloud icon on top and you simply need to click on iCloud icon to download the song
Make sure that you have not changed your country
If you have changed your country for your Apple ID, you will not see the items you previously purchased in your iTunes, so make sure that you have not changed that.
Alternatively, make sure that the item you purchased earlier is still available on iTunes. If not, you won’t find it again
Sign out and sign back in
