3D Touch is without doubt the coolest new feature in the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus. 3D Touch is powered by the Taptic Engine, which has the ability to recognize both pressures and gestures.
Basically, 3D Touch is largely the same pressure – sensitive screen technology that can be found in the Apple Watch (under the name Force Touch). However, the 3D Touch is way ahead of the Force Touch. If you has just bought a shiny iPhone 6S, you may have not noticed that Apple offers an easy way to tweak the amount of pressure needed to use the feature.
How to adjust 3D Touch Sensitivity on the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus
Step 1: Launch the Settings app and Tap General.
Step 2: Scroll down and Select Accessibility.
Step 3: Scroll down and you will see a 3D Touch section. Tap to enter that.
Step 4: In 3D Touch section, you will be able to disable 3D Touch or change the sensitivity of the screen. By default, the sensitivity level is set to a Medium, and you can easily select Light or Firm, and then you can test the sensitivity level in the 3D Touch sensitivity test below.
