Step two: Select your device when it shows up in iTunes (if you don’t see your device, try connecting your iPhone or iPad to your computer again)
Step three: From the left sidebar in iTunes, you need to hit Tones. After that, drag and drop the .mr4 ringtone you wish to transfer to iPhone onto the Tones section
Step four: The ringtone will automatically show up in iTunes and be transferred to your connected iPhone.

Step one: Connect your iPhone to a Mac or a Windows PC and open iTunes on your computer (make sure you now have the latest version of iTunes installed on your device)
Step two: Select your device in iTunes and then hit Tones from the left sidebar
Step three: Once you are in, you will see a list of all the custom ringtones. Select the ringtone you wish to remove from your device and hit Delete from Library to confirm your action.
