According to information leaked on the Internet a few months ago, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has received a new technology copyright registration from Apple. Accordingly, the future iPhone will always integrated fingerprint sensors on the screen without on the Home button. This may lead to the disappearance of the Home physical button on the new iPhone version
Apple’s patents known as the “Fingerprint Sensor in an Electronic Device”. As described, this technology will allow users to use finger to touch any positions on the touch screen of the smartphone / tablet to unlock instead of putting hand on the Home button as current mobile devices.
Besides, some newspapers has just shared a concept about iPhone 7. According to these concepts, the new iPhone will own complete touchscreen and no Home physicalbutton.
The new iPhone version (probably the iPhone 6S) will be officially launched in September next. For those fans expecting iPhone version with the complete removal of the Home physical button will have to wait until 2016, when the iPhone 7 will be introduced by Tim Cook.
