1. Syncing issues
Many users have reported that the game fails to sync on your Apple Watch. Accordingly, you will see nothing every time you launch the app. All missing. If you are experiencing the issue, try starting a workout in the hope that all your data will show up again.
2. Update your game
Pokémon Go on your Apple Watch requires the latest version of the game on your iPhone, so make sure that you have updated the app before launching the game. You can try uninstalling the app and re-download the app from the App Store.
3. Make sure that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are now enabled on your device

4. Force quite everything
Step one: First and foremost, you need to double-click the home button to access the fast app switcher. Once you are in, you simply need to switch to Pokémon Go card and force quit it by swiping the Pokémon Go app up and away
Step two: Once you are done, all you need to do is to relaunch Pokémon Go on your iPhone
Steps to force quit Pokémon Go on your Apple Watch
Step one: Open the app on your Apple Watch and press and hold down the Side button until you see the Power Off slider on the screen
Step two: All you need to do now is to press and hold down the Digital Crown until you are taken back to the Carousel home screen
Step three: Once you are done, re-launch the app from your Home screen.
