  1. Turn off Background App Refresh

One of the most annoying things when it comes to iPhone and iPad is that apps refresh themselves in the background and it appears that WatchOS 3 is no exception. The best shot for dealing with this issue is to disable Background App Refresh. Here is how you can do this

Step one: First off, launch the Watch app on your iPhone, select My Watch tab and tap on General to proceed

Power Reserve serves as a useful feature that allows you to extend your battery life on Apple Watch. However, note that once enabled, the feature will turn off all the features of your wearable device except your current time. Here is how you can do it:

Step one: First off, you need to swipe up the watch face and tap on battery percentage

Step two: Next up, all you need to tap on Power Reserve and tap on Proceed

Step three: You are now supposed to press and hold the side button
